Return Policy

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer, without a Return Authorization Number, NO REFUNDs will be given without one.


Return Instructions

  • 7-day trial begins the day shipment arrives to customer.
  • MUST BE returned in original packaging, with careful attention to keeping arms and legs protected from resting against each other to prevent damage or scratches to frame and coating during transport.
  • The customer will be responsible for return freight.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee; original shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Walker must be returned within 3 calendar days/72 hours from date Return Authorization Number provided to customer.
  • GANM, LLC will be responsible for evaluating and authorizing product returns upon receipt. Full or partial refunds may apply after review of product return and determination if walker is in new or used condition.
  • To be eligible for return, customer must contact FOOTBAR/GANM within 7 calendar days of order receipt, by either emailing RETURN REQUESTED to Support@footbarwalker.com or by phone at 731-924-4444 to receive Return Authorization Number. The day customer order arrives counts as Day 1.  (Ex. product arrives on Monday (Day 1), return request must be received on or before Sunday (Day 7) to be eligible.)
