RETURN Policy

USED Durable Medical Equipment is NOT RETURNABLE. Returns will only be accepted if the box is unopened or you are submitting a Warranty Claim. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer, without a Return Authorization Number, NO REFUNDS will be given without one.

• MUST BE returned in original packaging, with careful attention to protect arms and legs from resting against each other to prevent damage or scratches to frame and coating during transport.
• Customer will be responsible for return freight.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee; original shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Walker must be returned to shipping carrier and timestamped within 3 days/72 hours from date Return Authorization Number was provided to customer.
• GANM, LLC will be responsible for evaluating product upon receipt. Full or partial refunds may be applied after review of product to determine it is still in “new” and “saleable” condition.
• To be eligible for return, customer must contact GANM/FOOTBAR within 7 calendar days of order receipt, by either emailing [email protected] with RETURN REQUESTED in Subject Line or by phone at 731-924-4444 to receive Return Authorization Number.

   

LIMITED 3 YEAR WARRANTY – Warranty applies to first original individual purchaser. The FOOTBAR Walker is warranted to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship. This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the event of a defect
covered by this warranty, this device will either be repaired or replaced. This warranty provides only for replacement of defective parts and does
not cover shipping or labor charges. The company’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty are limited to such repair
and/or replacement of the frame. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse, negligence, improper storage or normal
wear & tear. This warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, grips, springs, or casters which are subject to
