The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at the UT Martin Regional Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (REED) Center celebrated National Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Day with a presentation of their Center’s Rising Star Award for 2019. Gary and Nancy Morris, (GANM,LLC– the Footbar Walker) were recognized as the Center’s Rising Star Award. The Rising Star Award recognizes entrepreneurs that are on the rise, have demonstrated growth potential, job creation, and have exhibited a strong entrepreneurial mindset. They possess tenacity in growing and developing their businesses while engaging the community to create a positive economic impact in the region. For almost 40 years America’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network has helped to aspire and emerging small business owners achieve the American dream of entrepreneurship.
